Part No: A-BH051
Famous Second World War Bomber with terrific scale detail for an ARTF model!
As one of the most charismatic and recognisable medium bombers of WWII, the B-25 Mitchell combines graceful lines with a true aggressive streak!
The Black Horse version re-creates that character to provide a stunning model, both on the ground and in the air. Powered by two modest 2814 size, outrunner motors and 30A ESCs, or .15-.25 glow engines she won't break the bank either. Both electric motors draw on a single 3 cell Li-Po battery (4800mAh) for both sprightly performance and a decent flight time. Tanks and engine mounts are include for glow engines.
With all the scale detail such as moulded turrets, side gun blisters and a crew of three in a clear and framed cockpit/nose; it's the kind of model to get you noticed on the field for all the right reasons.
Construction is by laser cut Balsa and Ply parts covered in Oracover, plus lightweight GRP nacelle mouldings. The wing assembly is removed for easy transport in any family car. A set of mechanical retracts are now included in the kit. Flaps are equipped as standard for really short landings.
With no worries about an engine going out, the Mitchell can be confidently flown by most pilots with some low wing experience.
